The Firm’s foreign and international litigation practice involves matters in which both foreign clients have become involved in litigation in the United States, as well as matters arising outside of the United States, particularly in Latin America. 

            The Firm’s lawyers have extensive experience in international matters, particularly matters involving Mexico.  The Firm has represented Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Mexico, the Mexican national railroad, in litigation in the United States.  The Firm has also represented a Mexican restaurant franchisers in cross-border, intellectual property disputes, and a Mexican marketing company in a cross-border commercial dispute.
