The Firm’s securities litigation practice has been involved in some of most important matters in history, including the AOL/Time Warner litigation.  The Firm was also selected to assist lead counsel in the Worldcom, Inc. Securities Litigation.  The practice focuses on shareholder and derivative class actions.  Due to its reputation and experience in securities matters, the Firm has been involved in multi-national matters in a variety of capacities, including co-lead counsel.
