  • Seeing All Sides:
    The TR&R Difference

From the inception of the firm, TR&R has successfully integrated our practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Much of our work is devoted to complex litigation, with a particular focus on securities, antitrust, and government related matters. But in everything we do, we explore every issue from every perspective, seeking the hidden insight that will give our clients an edge.

  • About the Firm

Formed in 1997, we are a small, certified minority-owned firm, of extraordinarily talented professionals. Our attorneys are litigators, advocates, and counselors. Our roots run deep in the Philadelphia region, but our sphere of influence spans the globe. We serve the interests of governments, of institutions, of corporations, and of individuals. We make headlines for some of our clients and assiduously avoid them for others.

  • Kenneth I. Trujillo

Three years after cofounding TR&R, Ken Trujillo served as the City Solicitor of Philadelphia. He was previously a large firm lawyer and an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Today, he continues his public service as a Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Throughout a distinguished legal career, Mr. Trujillo has been at the cutting edge of some the most important litigation in the country. And as a leader in the business community, Mr. Trujillo plays a major role in public and private economic development.

  • Lisa J. Rodriguez

As attorney in charge of the Firm's New Jersey office, Ms. Rodriguez is among the most respected litigators in the state, known particularly for her work on class action and securities related matters. A 1983 graduate of the George Washington University Law School and former law clerk to a Senior Judge of the U.S. District Court in New Jersey, Ms. Rodriguez has appeared as a panel speaker for the Practicing Law Institute on Securities Regulation as a Lecturer for the Philadelphia Bar Education Center on consumer and class action issues.

  • Ira Neil Richards

A lawyer's lawyer, since co-founding the firm, Ira has been the lead attorney in some of the firm's most complex cases. Ira is widely recognized as a premier litigator, successfully representing clients in multidistrict antitrust cases in a variety of industries.

  • Pedro Ramos

Mr. Ramos has served in senior leadership positions in government and higher education and law. He has been the City Solicitor of Philadelphia, the Managing Director of Philadelphia, the President of the Board of Education of the School District of Philadelphia, and the Vice President & Chief of Staff to the President of the University of Pennsylvania.
